MEET OUR STAFF
Mark Whitley is President of Sure Dry Restoration. Mark founded the company in December 1976 while being a senior in high school. He was awarded "Small Business of the Year" in 2001 sponsored by the Cabarrus Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is married with two daughters and one granddaughter. Mark strives to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied.
Jon Whitley is our Mitigation/Cleaning Project Manager at Sure Dry Restoration. Jon has been with the company since 2008 and is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Applied Structure Drying (ASD). Jon enjoys assisting and reassuring customers when faced with stressful situations such as a flood.
Debra Navey is the Service Coordinator at Sure Dry Restoration. Debra has been with the company since 1991. As the longest tenured employee of Sure Dry Restoration, Debra sees to it that customers' expectations are exceeded through timely appointments, assessments and service coordination.
