About our Services

When our technician arrives at your home, he will immediately begin extracting the water from the effected areas. If carpet is involved, it may be necessary to disengage the carpet from the tack strip and either remove the carpet and padding and place necessary drying equipment in the effected areas.

After the effected areas are dried out, one of our Senior Restoration Technicians will contact you to set up a time to meet with you, access the damage and discuss what will need to be done to restore your home to its original condition. We will provide you and your insurance company with a written itemized estimate of our assessment, or if your insurance adjuster would prefer, we can work directly from their estimate.

About our Equipment

The equipment we place in your home will depend upon the amount of water that is present. The following is a list of equipment that we may leave:

DRYERS

The technician will place dryers in strategic areas of your home depending on the location of the water to obtain the best drying results. It is important that the dryers run as much as possible to eliminate mold and mildew growth. Dryers may be cut off during sleeping hours.

DEHUMIDIFIERS

Depending on the humidity factor, the technician will place a dehumidifier in your home. This equipment dehumidifies the air and deposits the moisture through a tube that the technician has either placed in the tray or in a sink. It is important that this equipment run the entire time it is in your home to eliminate unnecessary moisture.
